im a 30 years old bpd sufferer……how can i overcome my problems and achieve my goals when people are ostracizing me?
im worried people are holding my rage and anger problems against me that ive had since 16 because of abuse and prolonged bullying.
im doing my best to control my anger while im waiting for therapy..
but how can i rehabilitate into society and accomplish my goals and dreams of emigration, building a new life….finding girlfriend and friends.
how can i when people are treating me this way?
what am i? the fknig anti christ?!!
im tired of this, can someone help me please? help me look at this situation a new way or put it into perspective…..because this is severley depressing me right now.
i want to emigrate tommorrow but i have alot to work through
i get hostile glares from hooligan type people, near where i reside, and it feels personal..
i want nothing to do with them…why are they looking at me?
u seem to think the whole world is against u and their not. usually when someone feels that way it’s all in their mind. please seek a therapist, start some kind of classes even if it’s online classes. go to safe places to hang out and make friends. u have to show yourself friendly before u can make friends.dont try to give off this bad kind of personality like you have a guard up in front of u and daring somone to break it.u got to let it go. be friendly and kind and it will come back to u.your first step is therapy.good luck and please let us know how it comes out after some help.

Ask your psychiatrist to evaluate you for delusional disorder – persecutory type.
If you don’t have a psychiatrist, you should hire one. If cost is a factor, try to find a second job.
Stay home. Moving is a stressor.

.,it quite simple, if you want a friend then be a friend.but first learn to con troll the temper you describe.you only have to look at your answers to see that there are people out there who are not against you,who care and understand.the entire world is not actually against you.look Ito Joyce Meyer s web site as she has helped a lot of people work through stuff,and go on to developer meaningful lives if you follow her suggestions.why not write her personally try to be more paitent,and give time time.its taken 20 years for you to develop your thinking process.so it will take more than 5 minutes for you yo change your thinking.relax a little now you have taken the first step of turning your life around,but try not to do too much at once,easy does it
