if youve had an anger/rage problem for along time, how can you learn to be assertive especially when your?

faced with difficult, provocating, nasty, immoral, irritating people?

i find it hard to deal with people like that without becoming in a rage and anger building up

plus say if your afraid to be assertive in the fear it might cause a confrontation, especially with aggressive volatile people..
how do you overcome this?

I can relate to this and I have learned. To overcome it, you have to uncover why you get angry so easily, you’ll probably discover you are a product of yr environment. Once you become aware you would start to watch out for yr irritations. Even towards nasty people. Learn to detach and forgive, I know this takes effort, I had to go for meditation classes to calm down. You can read more from this published article which I wrote:
