anybody have any tips on how to stay anger free?i kno this sounds weird but,im just trying to think of different ways to relax when i feel like im goin to angry at something.my girlfriend said this is a issue i have to overcome, and i realize it too.if anybody thinks they can suggest some ideas i’d really appreciate it
also i recently quit smoking,so some of my anger may come from that i dont know,like withdrawals.
I would get some counseling. That can be very helpful. Also, acupuncture can a big help in dealing with the smoking thing as well as anxiety. Try some yoga too! It all helps. Maybe you should take some time to destress before you hang out with your girlfriend. Have a shower, shake off the day…

The old saying of count to 10 really does help
plus leave the room & make sure your girl knows beforehand to never follow you out of the room!
I gave up smoking years ago for 6 days & i couldn’t stand myself i was so angry & that was my excuse to smoke again!
Now i gave up last july & i used patches this time & i never got angry.
My Hubby gave up years ago & he was angry as a bull lol
& i often joke & say he still is angry from quitting
But Congratulations to you keep it up & never take it up again,in time you will not be cranky from quitting
but you should ask a Dr how you can manage your anger
but do try what i said until you see a Dr

The greatest way to get real help is to join an anger management meeting/program with a pro.
It does sound rediculous, but it really makes you feel ashamed of yourself with being violent, and will really help you.

You are not confident, not contended, not free in mind, always tensed; you have to work on it. Be free in mind, laugh, listen to songs, acquire more knowledge on the subject you work.
