When I’ve had a fit of red hot anger, steam still coming out of my ears, this is the only decompression valve I can stand. Any other technique that is intended to find peace just adds fuel to my fire. This one works great, even for big kids like me

Thank you, Brad. I love your easy-going style and I learned how to “tap” from your “tap o’ the mornin’” and decided to use it with my two year old son who has had great difficulty sleeping. We tapped in bed and he truly enjoyed it. He slept through the night and woke with a smile! Thank you so much! It is amazing how well it worked. Keep doing what you are doing!

Interesting, but my children are 7.5 and 4.5 and this is WAY too much for them to process…perhaps something a little simpler for smaller children?
