well im 16 years old
and i get really mad off of small things, like when someone says something really stupid or if they wont shutup.
i also get mad when theres a packed isle in a store or when theres kids running around.
also, when i punch someone i feel really satisfied, i mean it feels so good when i punch someone, i just wanna do it again.
do i have a problem or something?
I believe you might all my answers in the psychology portion of yahoo answers come from personal experience. I struggle with anger management a lot of the time and I have a bad habit of braking things but in the moment it’s almost as if I blackout I am not considering the consequences and have been brought up witnessing acts of violence. Sadly my overall feeling towards everyone and everything is hatred and I’m trying to fix it as should you even if it’s not as major. I believe the statistic is the average person witnesses over 200,000 acts of violence a year? Insane but absolutely believable, that is why people our age have issues like this, because it’s all we know. You should get a therapist, councilor, or psychiatrist, or simply find something you love to do to distract yourself. Good luck.
