What should I do if some I know has really really really really bad anger problems?

Well someone I know has anger problems and she is young and I want to help her but I don’t know what to say or do!!!

Take them to a child psychiatrist or arrange to have anger management therapy for them

When she’s really calm you should tell her what you think and suggest anger management.

When the opportunity arises give her good advice.

You could talk with her parents and tell them that you are concerned. Tell them what you have noticed.

She should probably seek a counselor. There is probably a root to the problem that causes her anger. She could have some serious issues.

Just forget about acting in a therapeutic role. However, when your present, and she has a tantrum, just ask her why she acted in such a hostile manner. That you can’t understand what motivated her. If she is not forthcoming, forget it. Fear is usually the platform from which angry behavior emerges.
