		<description>It&#039;s what you call triggers. It&#039;s based on the cognitive thought process that produces testosterone  to enable us to react to a conditioned serious of events which at that time the response holds more value then the thought it&#039;s self.  When we prat ice anger management classes, it&#039;s for our own use to our benefits.  If we associate triggers with a negative thought, we will respond as such. Giving us reason to justify our action.  I understand that it is really tough to put those negative responses into a positive outcome. The situation that heats that anger is what encourages that behavior.  Keep in mind, nobody can control our life, it&#039;s how we respond to it.  Nobody, I mean nobody, in regards to exert energy of the expression of anger will get nothing buy the same.
