what are some good ways to control your anger, especially in relationship situations. i tend to have a very short fuse and i would like to be able to control it better….

LOL, seriously whenever I am pissed I go running. I seriously love running and it’s a good stress reliever. Just exercise your @ss off!
Never punch a wall or anything like that, cause once you do that it’sll hurt your hand and then you’ll be pissed cause you hurt your hand and wanna punch the wall again for it hurting you. It’s a vicious cycle dammit

Go to a bookstore and go to the Psychology Dept and find a book that relates to what you are going through. Read it every night. A lot of information out there that you can only get from a book. Take care. Please do not hit anyone cuzz that aint right and you will get into more trouble than you need . Seems like whenever adults make mistakes, it costs a lot of money. Take care!

Give people peaceful honest answers. Or give a short nice peaceful statement then stay quiet, tell yourself what you have to do then go about your business. When you see the person again plan on being nice to them.

get a piece of paper and a pen and write all your feelings down. i used to do it and it helps a lot. sometimes u just write to write and sometimes u write to tell someone without having a conversation.
