With something like that, its more about modeling the proper ways to react in frustrating situations. As long as you have effective ways of dealing with anger, teach them your techniques, chances are they’re already paying attention anyways and have caught on to whatever it is that you do to calm down. If you don’t have healthy anger habits, I’d suggest changing them… because children get a lot more from their parents than just genetics.
What are some anger management techniques I can teach my children?

Breathing techniques are an easy way that the children can change their physical and psychological states. Ask the children how they feel when they are angry. It is important to children to have concrete understanding, where is the anger in your body? What happens when you get angry? What makes you angry? If the children can realize when they get angry what a trigger for their anger is they can control their response to the irritant. Tell them that when they feel teh anger in their bodies that they should concentrate on the anger taking deep breaths imagining the anger leaving them with each breath.

Here is 1 that i tried successfully.I made a list of situations that incited my group of children most. Then I taught them the technique of tackling them without losing their calm. When put to test not only not 1 of them failed, majority of them displayed incredibe originality in their tact!
