Any anger management techniques that actually work? Have you seen them work?
It works for me to count backwards slowly from 10 to 1, as my mind is diverted from the process of becoming angry.

Try viewing yourself as beneath everyone else like a doormat that everyone wipes their feet on yet always says "WELCOME"

I usually brake up something,I just make sure it does not belong to me.
