(example - people get angry when stuck in traffic, but they can&#039;t change the situation so the anger is basically wasted energy). To deal with this you need to first realize that you can&#039;t control everything. When you feel yourself getting frustrated, ask yourself if there&#039;s anything you could do to change the situation. Chances are you can&#039;t do anything about it, so you might as well go with the flow. The best advice I can give you is just to try to realize if your anger is doing anything to help the situation. 		<description>You should try to develop a positive attitude. Not for when you are angry, over all. For example, next time you get lost don&#039;t think of it as getting lost and wasting time, think of it as a learning expierience and walk away with something from that situation. Or if someone upsets you remember that you can be the bigger person and let it go or keep it in untill you can camly say what you want to say. You don&#039;t have to lose your temper to be heard, remember that.
