Want you to continue in the groups?Should that worry me?I’m not crazy just slightly agressive.I have actually split my own head open slamming it into a stop sign because I couldn’t get a guy to throw a punch at me so i could beat his a**, but i really am better with anger now.you would have to Understand my child hood to understand my anger and agression,So please don’t be to judgemental.

What does it mean when you have a certificate of completion for anger management but your psychiatrist’s?

Dude, I’m with you 110%. No matter how much advice I get, professional and otherwise, if I become angry, I have to punch, kick, or otherwise use physical violence on an object. Otherwise, I’m calm. It shouldn’t worry you since it’s part of who you are. You should realize that this will always be who you are and will never completely go away – your focus should be on reducing and confining it.
